Where Advisor Prep Hero fits in your existing stack

Each vertical has a system of record it already runs on. Advisor Prep Hero is not that system. It is the workspace where the AI work happens, and it hands results back to the tools you already use.

Attorneys

You already have: Clio, Filevine, or similar

You run your matter management, billing, and docketing in Clio, Filevine, or whatever system your firm uses. That stays exactly where it is. Advisor Prep Hero handles the AI work: the research memo, the deposition summary, the privilege log draft, the contradictions analysis. You bring a PDF or document in from the matter folder, work with it privately, and export the result as Word or PDF to file from there.

Round trip: import a deposition PDF from your matter folder, ask Advisor Prep Hero to find contradictions and flag the page cites, export the analysis as Word or PDF, attach it to the matter in Clio. Nothing you worked on ever left your machine.

CPAs and EAs

You already have: Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte, or Canopy

Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte, or Canopy handle the return. That does not change. Advisor Prep Hero handles the AI research, the client memo explaining a complex position, the audit-defense narrative, the home-office analysis your client is asking about. Client files come in from your existing folder structure, you work with them privately, and you export to Word or PDF to upload to SafeSend or your client portal as usual.

Round trip: import a client-provided document or your own notes, ask Advisor Prep Hero to research the IRC position and draft a client-ready memo, export as Word or PDF, upload to your client portal. The client's SSN never touched a cloud server.

Consultants

You already have: PowerPoint, Word, and your engagement tooling

Your deliverables live in PowerPoint and Word, and your client expects them there. Advisor Prep Hero is where you do the AI-assisted discovery synthesis, the confidential client research, the first draft of the engagement narrative. You finish in your usual tools. The sensitive interview notes and internal thinking never have to leave your machine to get the AI help you need.

Round trip: import interview notes and background research, ask Advisor Prep Hero to synthesize the discovery themes and draft an engagement brief, export to Word or PowerPoint, finish the deck in your usual tool. The client's name and strategy never uploaded anywhere.

Financial advisors

You already have: eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, or Salesforce

eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, Salesforce: your CRM and planning tools stay put. Advisor Prep Hero handles the AI-assisted meeting prep, the client summary before the annual review, the confidential analysis you want to think through without sending client financials to a cloud service. Export as PDF or Word into your existing client workflow when you are ready.

Round trip: pull the client's planning notes from your folder, ask Advisor Prep Hero to draft the meeting prep summary and flag open planning questions, export as PDF, attach it to the client record in your CRM. The client's financial details never went through a server you do not control.

Drag a file in. Work privately. Export the result.

Three steps. No cloud in the middle. The original file stays where it is; the AI output goes wherever you put it.

Step 01

Import

Drag a file from any folder on your machine into your Advisor Prep Hero workspace. Advisor Prep Hero works from a copy it holds locally: the original stays in place.

Step 02

Work privately

Use the AI to draft, analyze, research, or summarize. Your prompts go from your machine straight to the AI provider you chose, and the results save as plain files in your workspace folder. Advisor Prep Hero never sees any of it.

Step 03

Export

Export the finished document in the format your workflow expects: Word for the client portal, PDF for the matter file, PowerPoint to finish in your usual deck tool. From there, file it wherever you normally file things.

What Advisor Prep Hero is not

Being clear about what Advisor Prep Hero does not do is as important as what it does. If you need one of these things, use the tool built for it.

Not a practice management system

Advisor Prep Hero does not track matters, dockets, deadlines, or billing. It does not replace Clio, Filevine, or MyCase. Use those for case management.

Not a CRM

Advisor Prep Hero does not manage contacts, pipelines, or client relationships. It does not replace Salesforce, Redtail, or HubSpot. Use your CRM for those.

Not a document storage system

Advisor Prep Hero is a workspace for active AI work, not a permanent archive or a DMS. Store your finalized files wherever you store everything else: NetDocuments, SharePoint, iManage, your own folder system.

Not a billing platform

Advisor Prep Hero does not track time, generate invoices, or process payments. It does not replace Clio Payments, QuickBooks, or your firm billing system.

Advisor Prep Hero does one thing: gives you a private, local-first workspace where AI work can happen on your most sensitive files, without routing them through a server you do not control. That is a narrow job, and it is the right job for what it is.
