No software can make every use automatically compliant. Advisor Prep Hero is designed to fit your firm's review: you choose the approved provider, limit the sources it may search, send only relevant excerpts, and receive citations you can verify. Your firm still sets the rules.

What client information goes to the AI provider?

Only the passages selected as relevant to the question—not your entire folder collection or mailbox. Those passages go directly from the desktop app to the API account you connected.
