Secure client intelligence for
high-trust work.

Advisor Prep Hero is a private AI workspace that turns your files, emails, notes, and interviews into a living Client Map. Ask cited questions, draft documents and replies, keep your team aligned, and serve clients with the context they expect you to remember.

AI for people, not just facts.

Generic AI can summarize a document. Advisor Prep Hero builds context across the whole relationship: emails, files, notes, interviews, timelines, preferences, risks, and open questions. It helps your team understand the client behind the paperwork, then use that context to answer, draft, review, prepare, and hand off work.

Know the client

See the people, history, goals, risks, preferences, and unresolved questions in one living map.

Find the source

Ask plain-English questions and get answers tied to the exact file, email, page, or note.

Act with context

Draft replies, documents, summaries, meeting notes, and follow-ups using the client's real history.

The Client Map

A Client Map is a living profile built from the materials you already have: files, emails, notes, intake forms, meeting summaries, and guided interviews. It captures what matters, what changed, what is missing, and where each detail came from.

The result is shared client memory your team can actually use.

Ask about anything.

Search makes you remember the file name. Advisor Prep Hero lets you ask the question you actually have: what did the client agree to, when did they first mention the issue, what are the open questions before the next meeting. Every answer includes citations, so you can open the exact email, document, page, or note and verify it yourself.

  • Search across imported files, emails, notes, and interviews
  • Scope every question to one client or household
  • Get citations to the exact source
  • Open the source in one click
  • Keep unrelated client files separated

Draft with context.

Advisor Prep Hero helps you draft, review, redline, and export real documents. Work in Word, review and export PDFs, preserve tracked changes, and keep the client's context beside the work from first draft to final version.

  • Draft documents, replies, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Review and redline Word documents with tracked changes
  • Export real .docx and PDF files
  • Preserve styles, numbering, tables, and comments
  • Use client-specific context instead of generic AI output

Meet with confidence.

Walk into every client meeting already knowing where things stand. Advisor Prep Hero pulls together what you decided last time, what is still open, and what this client cares about, drawn from their files, emails, and past conversations. No scrambling beforehand, no blanking on a detail in the room. You remember the things that make a client feel known.

  • Walk in already knowing the client's full picture
  • Recall what you decided and what is still open
  • See what to follow up on before you sit down
  • Remember preferences, history, and prior advice
  • Tie every detail back to its source

Keep the team aligned.

The most important client knowledge is often trapped in one person's head. Advisor Prep Hero turns that knowledge into a shared Client Map, so new team members can understand the relationship, the work, the risks, and the next step without interrupting the person who already knows.

  • Give new team members a cited client overview
  • Preserve meeting notes, decisions, and promises
  • Track what changed since the last review
  • Keep client-specific preferences visible
  • Reduce repeated explanations and missed context

Where Advisor Prep Hero fits

You already pay for a dozen tools. Advisor Prep Hero isn’t a thirteenth. It sits in the middle of the ones you use, reads across all of it, and answers any question about a household with a citation you can click. Your client data stays on your own machine.

Best-in-class security

Advisor Prep Hero shows where your data lives, where each AI request goes, and which mode you are using before you run it. Your files live in folders you control, and every AI action shows where the request is going before it runs.

Local model

Run with Ollama for work that should stay entirely on your machine. The request never leaves your computer.

Bring your own AI key

Use Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google directly from your own account. The provider sees the prompt. Advisor Prep Hero does not route it through our server.

Firm deployment

For teams that need admin controls, shared client files, ethical walls, and a more formal review path.

No hidden data path. Every action shows a clear egress indicator: your machine only, your chosen AI provider, or your firm's Assured route when enabled. You can see what is being sent, where it is going, and which client or matter it belongs to. Advisor Prep Hero does not keep a copy of your client files in an Advisor Prep Hero cloud.

Your client data stays out of a vendor's hands
Cloud AI tools that receive client information introduce a third party into your data path. With Advisor Prep Hero, there is no Advisor Prep Hero server in the middle: files stay local, Advisor Prep Hero never sees your work, and AI requests go straight to the provider you chose. Want fully offline? Point Advisor Prep Hero at a local model like Ollama and nothing leaves your machine at all.
Regulation S-P: verify with your compliance counsel
The SEC amended Regulation S-P in 2024, adding new safeguards and a breach-notification requirement that took effect in 2025. This is informational, not compliance advice. Verify with your compliance counsel how Advisor Prep Hero fits your specific obligations. What Advisor Prep Hero does do: keep your files on your machine and Advisor Prep Hero out of your data path, which is one fewer place client data can travel.
Work product that is yours to keep
Every AI session produces a real file in a folder you control. Your work product stays on your machine, searchable and portable, ready to produce whenever you need it. It does not replace your retention policies, your compliance obligations, or your judgment.

Seven templates built for advisor work.

The Advisor Practice Pack ships with seven workflows built with input from practicing advisors. Each walks you through a structured interview and drafts a document you edit and approve. Each produces drafts you review, not advice you rely on without verification.

You bring your own AI key, and we never mark it up

You pay the provider directly, typically $5 to $15 a month for a solo. Prefer that nothing leaves your machine? Run a local model with Ollama and pay nothing to an AI provider. Either way, your subscription covers the platform. It does not cover AI tokens, and we take no markup on them.

Your files are always yours

They are real Word and PDF files in your own folders. If you cancel, you keep every document, email, and client file you have made. A lapsed subscription turns off AI features and updates, not your data. Nothing is ever held hostage.

All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to download.
